Roofs

Some people buy fancy new cars, find new spouses, have affairs , get botox or some sexy new hair do when they turn 40. I on the other hand I buy a roof. I inheritied a old house about almost a year ago and have been working on fixing it up. At first I was just going to do just needed to be done and do a little at time. Well once I got started the house has become my Mid life project. I found it exhilerating to be able to make decisions about something all by myself. For most of my life I had my mother telling me what to do ( which she still does to some extent) and a husband ( now a ex) controlling my ever move exspecially when it came to our house, everything had to be HIS way, and we also had to the projects HE wanted to do. So now I finally own a house all to myself, and while some of the renovations have been a little stressfull, it has become my release. So now I am exploring the world of roofing, and right now it seem dauting trying to figure everything out, I know right or wrong it will be my decision. So a am beginning to see being an adult may not be such a bad thing......
